Outdoors and Nature

The Barossa is a great place to get outdoors, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy some exercise to balance out all the good food and wine! There’s nature, wildlife and hiking trails, walking and bike paths, golf courses and a new aquatic and fitness centre.

There are some stunning secluded parks nestled in the rolling hills of the Barossa, that many visitors can easily overlook and not even know about. These pockets of bushland provide a wonderful diversity of nature experiences, enjoy birdwatching, view native animals in their natural habit and follow one of the many scenic bushwalking trails.

For more information about walking trails and nature parks located throughout the Barossa visit www.barossa.com Detailed maps are available at the Barossa Visitor Centre.
