Take time out to stop and smell the roses!

Come and join the garden party at the 2012 Barossa Rose and Flower Show. Acknowledging the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty the Queen, the Barossa Rose and Flower Show will be held this year at Barossa Chateau. The Queen opened the 25 acre rose garden created by Hermann Thumm ten years ago.

The Chateau’s Art and Antique Gallery houses one of the largest collections of porcelain that you will ever see here in Australia. Hermann Thumm’s extensive collection of porcelain is from the early 18th and 19th centuries and has been collected from all over the world.

A high tea will be held in Chateau’s famous Grand Ballroom. There is also a fabulous gift shop and wine tasting. Take time to wander through the gardens and grounds, admire the display of award winning roses and spend a beautiful spring day in the Barossa!

Tickets for the Barossa Rose and Flower Show are $5 for adults, children’s entry is free. High Tea $59
